The customer will pay for all shipping and handling fees. As per the arrangements with our bonded shippers, Federal Express and IBC Courier, a complete street address must be provided in order to facilitate international shipping and shipping via FED EX or IBC Courier. International shipping and handling charges may or may not include GST, VAT, or other similar import taxes or duties, depending on the decision making process of the local customs authorities at any given time.
