Returns & Refunds
All items being exchanged or returned must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must be returned in the original packaging with the hang tags attached.
EXCHANGES: Please use the Exchange Form included with your order shipment which explains our exchange process. We accept exchanges for another item up to 150 days from the date on which we shipped your original order. Exchanges received after this date may be exchanged provided the item to be exchanged has not been discontinued and is still in stock. Otherwise, we’re happy to issue an in-store credit for the original purchase amount to be used for any future purchase in perpetuity.
RETURNS: Please use the Returns Form included with your order shipment which explains our returns process. We accept returns for a refund up to 150 days from the date on which we shipped your original order. Returns received after this date, may be refunded less a re-stocking fee of 20% or we’re happy to issue an in-store credit for the original purchase amount of the items being returned.
Exchange & Returns processing comes with significant costs (credit card fees, banking transaction fees, re-stocking expense, labor and materials costs, etc.). We thank you for understanding the reasoning behind our exchange and returns policies.
IMPORTANT: The online My World Boutique is a separate entity from the onboard Boutique (the online My World Boutique is owned and operated by New Headings LLC). As such, items purchased from the online My World Boutique must be returned to the address detailed below for exchanges, returns, and refund processing.
